i'm really happy with these new wheel designs Ford is putting out, especially those on the GT Performance Pack and what i'm guessing is the Ecoboost HO Handling Pack
still really curious to see what the Dark Horse's carbon fiber wheels will look like, though
also interesting to see they're...
i like the composite oil pan for one main reason, nobody has to worry about that guy at the quick lube shop putting your drain bolt back with an impact and stripping out the threads
other than that, i really don't care either way
Ford: "here's the 2024 Mustang, it doesn't start production until next year and we don't even have the 2023 build and price out yet lol"
Also Ford: "oh hey here's the '23 Super Duty, build and price coming soon. Oh yeah, and here's the '23 Escape, build and price available right now"
doin some...
i hope that while Ford is putting in a quicker steering ratio, they give the wheels more room to actually turn, i really dont like being restricted to 3-lane highways if i need to do a U-turn
agreed, him and Zander13 are the worst, and right up there are all the other "give the video a lie of a title and thumbnail then pad the video with irrelevant stuff to 10 to 20 mins while the actual content is 10 to 20 seconds long" content creators
I love it, pretty great for daily driving
I think it would do alright, I haven't taken it on a track, but a few weeks ago I had some fun on some windy mountainside roads, never felt like it was gonna lose traction or anything, and it kept it high-ish in RPMs, around 3k or so
can confirm, they do work perfectly (after disabling the hyperflashing), though it seems Ford might've made a new part for the M1 instead of reusing the '15-'17 ones?
just note that if you have the HP splitter and dont want to re-do all the pop rivets, the front undertray is coming off with the...
on 9/22/22, Ford updated that PDF
what changed: Getrag MT-82 listed as the manual trans for the GT, manual trans specs removed for the Ecoboost, added "Construction" text to the "Chassis/Suspension" section, removed "Handling Package" part of the stabilizer bar section, added rear brake specs...
i quite like the new interior, and think Ford is going the right direction by making everything digital. the only things i'll knock off points for is the lack of physical climate controls and the fact the screens look like the designer tossed them in and said "that'll do"
i'll admit, i may be a...
the manual will have it too, the manual bronco has it
though it might be just as useless as in the manual bronco (only activates in neutral, with the parking brake on, and the clutch pedal released)
in the video i linked above, Stangmode mentions the color of the light in the window switches and the Ford guy with him kinda confirms it, which means there's a solid chance the "ambient" setting will control the light-up buttons on the steering wheel and the like too
that or someone got...
i love how the S650 looks inside and out (sorry in advance for the essay below).
one of my favorite parts of the outside is how the front indicator is now in the headlight instead of below, i just hope the one Ford let reviewers see had faulty programming for it, as it seemed to only use the...
found the source, Stangmode said it and the interior interaction design expert seemingly confirmed it
video and timestamp:
ignore the thumbnail, classic automotive Youtube clickbait
don't quote me on this, but i think i remember hearing or reading somewhere that the ambient MyColor setting now affects all lights and not just ones like the footwell and door handle
take this with a grain of salt, especially with how we've only seen the standard blue so far, but if i can find...
