The initial point of the DADSS system was to be a replacement for the breathalyzer and to make the entire system less intrusive. Granted this program has been going since 2008 and supported by the NHTSA, seems congress wants to lump it in under the guise of "safety".
Unrelated note to the above convo. Decided to look into this legislation to see if it's even likely to pass. The one we're talking about here is an addition to us Title 49 to add the following:
The European NCAP portion covers the inclusion of driver distraction/sleep aids that already exist...
Key thing to note is in this day and age true privacy is impossible short of living in North East Maine.
In regard to the car specifically I keep myself off any subscription service (radio, GPS etc) I don't let insurance track any of my info in my car. All my interactions with them are via web...
I respond because it's a conversation people tend to do that in those.
I bring up peoples constant complaining here because performative bullshit is just that. Quit talking and do something about it. I don't like government tracking anymore than you do. But instead of going online and...

having driven the Whipple daily for 6 months now i can say day to day you wont notice a difference with the brace gone. you still keep the firewall to strut brace and any real loss can be made up with a K-member brace or other suspension components
No more hand built than the 05 GT, I was just saying these engines have a lot.of room if Ford really wanted to do it. Personally I think the future of the Mustang for the next couple generations should be reducing weight and increasing aerodynamics.
