I got quoted around 3000$ just to get a cat delete on my 2024 mustang gt, since it’s built into our manifold. As for installing longtubes it’s 3000$ plus the cost of the headers. This seems a little pricey? I’m wondering what you guys have gotten similar work done for.
It’s hardwired so it can start, turn off, lock and unlock my car along with tell me if someone door dings if my car shakes or vibrates. Not sure exactly how, I think it connects to some sensors in the car
issue with that is this is my daily approaching 50k miles I drive her about 2 hours daily as my commute to work is an hour each way so she’s driven ALOT
This was after like 2 years since I’ve got the car, I’ve got 2 10” subs, amp, 24/7 dash camera, starlight headliner and interior ambient lighting so with that all added together I just assumed it’s time was up.
I think this could be the thing, I do have a 24/7 dash cam front and rear + interior ambient lights + starlights and I do drive it a lot so I’m feeling it’s some thing to do with the battery I got a few low voltage warnings on my phone recently as well.
I was looking at some older forum posts about users with similar issues some people suggested to take out the battery for 10 mins or so and if that doesn’t work to try to charge the battery. Not sure if it ever worked but it’s worth a shot I guess
yeah they told me over the phone that my car has all the current updates and they seemed confused when I mentioned refreshing/reflashing. They said it could be an electrical issue and since I’m out of bumper to bumper warranty it’ll be 180$ just to diagnose what the issue could be.
the custom mode button is just gone in the my mustang menu, and I went into the general settings and hit the factory reset button for the infotainment, it resets Bluetooth devices and personalized settings and such.
