Booming sound, similar to subwoofer, especially when on an uphill grade. Often accompanied by transmission surging (A10). Dealer unable to fix, and little-to-no support from Ford.

Thanks - Not in sport mode. That wouldn't stop the booming sounds anyway. I appreciate your input, but I'm not looking for workarounds. I want it fixed. That hasn't happened, so I'm working with the dealer to replace it.
After 19000 miles, I'm still having occurrences of lurching on uphill grades as well as booming sounds that accompany the lurches or just go off randomly. The dealer is unable to figure out what's causing the problem, and no help from Ford. I'm getting rid of it one way or another.
I don't get the waterless wash thing, especially for $60/bottle. What about the wheels/tires, fender wells, door jambs, etc? Don't think there is any substitute for an old fashioned hose and bucket wash job.
Update: The S650 GT Convertible doesn't have ANC, therefore no microphones. A recent software update apparently reset some or all equipment to the default settings. That probably explains why my A10 transmission began surging again on uphill grades. That condition has gradually resolved...
