Any spray on, wipe off wax or ceramic product with a UV inhibitor (every couple of weeks--take you less than 5 mins)will provide not only sun exposure protection but guard against mineral deposits or water spots (as described by @DFB5.0) as well. Good luck!

Any spray or wipe on product (wax, polymer, ceramic, etc) that contains a UV inhibitor is a good choice.
Make sure you HL lenses are clean, spray some on and wipe/buff it off per instructions every couple of weeks and you're good to go!
