You shouldn't have to change the AF ratio in the tune.
The vendors that are forum sponsors can hook you up on the headers just give them a call.
I'd do the halfshafts first so you can run drag radials. Completely changes the car.
True, but their metal quality and QC leaves a lot to be desired on the higher end. The real junk is coming out of India and Vietnam right now
And if you want nice shit you go to Taiwan
Specially balanced crank, 'stronger' camshafts, forged rods/pistons...
Evolution spun their stock Dark Horse engine to 8500rpm while making well over 1300hp
You should be just fine.
One of those low profile tire risks...
I had a 2G Mitsubishi Eclipse back in the day...combined with their weak ass OEM wheel and our winter roads...I think I bet a full set of those
Sure, my point was they aren't just going to magically break because they aren't fully forged vs flow forged.
And it's not like they're carbon wheels which also fail spectacularly and aren't even allowed in a lot of cases, but people are all about those.
where did I say SVE was bad?
different companies require they make different spec parts
lots of cheap shit wheels out there that are heavy, bend easily, etc
For example, an OEM wheel is going to be tough to bend compared to say some generic ass knockoff wheel
Some good wheel chat in the first post

A flow formed wheel (or spun forged or whatever the buzzword marketing is using now) is so much cheaper you can generally buy a whole set for what a single forged wheel would cost
and it's not like you're going to break a flow formed wheel on the track. Unless you hit something at 100mph (which...
"SVE" is just rebranded Chinese stuff
everything from wheels to suspension components
I'd guess there are only a handful of companies that make wheels out there. Especially flow formed ones. And I'd also bet most of the non-name-brand wheels all come from the same 1-2 places. I know that's...
Why not?
Pretty similar list of parts. Same engine and base Whipple kit. Shelby is a available with different fenders/hood but all the "performance parts" are just bast bolt-on you could buy online.
It's been years since I've had a bike (one was a 636 Kaw that would piss all the Harley guys off by winning the dyno competition at the bike meet), but I remember a lightweight rear wheel only being worth 2hp on the dyno
