My TPMS always reads 3 PSI less than my Victor dial gage and my 12V air pump gage (which are synced with each other). My driver side front TPMS frequently reads 1 PSI higher than the passenger side front TPMS; even though the Accugage and air pump are saying both fronts are at the same PSI...

Really depends on: A: You want the oil/filter change on your Mustang's Ford service history..........or not/don't care. B: or, are willing to do DIY, or have a private shop do it for you.

Dep[ends on your Mustang usage really. Mine is just a GG, cruiser, occasional spirited country road ride. And, I've oil/filter Agnostic for ages. I always use oil/filter that meets or exceeds recommended specs. Currewntly running Mobil One and a Purolator 20K Boss full synthetic filter.
