Iāve done 5 oil changes so far. Removed the two types of pins and left them off. All the screws holding it do the job. Use a drill or an electric ratchet. Anyone doing maintenance should have either one of those.
I got a 301A car. I didnāt want a premium but had a base in my S550 and liked it. Iām a no frills kinda person. But i liked the little the 301A offered over the 300A.
I will say i had no problem shifting my 2016 GT PP. My problem with this car is just the clutch pedal and when it engages/disengages. Itās too high in the pedal travel. The thing on the S550 was i could actually be in the pedal and have it just before the engagement point and my leg was more...
I had a square setup on my 16 GT PP. i had the stock staggered setup for winter wheels. I had 275/40/19 Indy firehawk tires and 19x10 wheels. Thatās the plan again or maybe a tad wider tire.
Only regret is maybe not waiting longer to get more money off. I mean i got 4K off in September which wasnāt bad at all. And maybe an auto only because of health issues but realistically nope.
I know it did wonders on the S550 MT82 was switching out to the BG oils variant for the transmission. Obviously an actual transmission mounted shifter does the best things.
Mine did it while washing it. Just lifted it took the front wheel off and pulled the fender liner back to do it. Kinda a pain as you have to push and pull while also pressing in on the bumper to get the tabs to line up. 3 hands would have been better lol.
On my S550 I had BMR stuff other than springs which i went with the Ultralite Extreme linears. I have BMr stuff on my S650 so far. Havenāt lowered so not sure what route Iāll go. Either will work. Itās more just what you wanna do. Some of the stuff is compatible. Some not.
I upload the stuff in FordPass. I attach images of odometer and the products i use. I also write the date of the change on the filter and take a pic as well.
they donāt and it would look really weird if they did seeing as how that gap sits like 2ā further back and 1ā lower than the guard. But i paid less than $13 for the kydex and got the plastic rivet gun/rivets for like $10 at harbor freight. If you donāt have a heat gun you can get one for less...
Here is my second oil change oil analysis. You can see there were still some break in materials in there but not a big deal. I put this oil in at 1300 miles after draining the factory fill.
Off-road Mustang is what i want! Anyone watch the newest Grand Tour through the desert in Africa? Iād sell my 24 in a heartbeat for a slightly lifted AT tire variant with the V8!
