i bought it on the lot. I’m sure it was driven before i bought it. I test drove another one on the lot a few weeks before i decided to buy mine. It wasn’t like it just rolled off the truck
it shifts smooth. The clutch is clearly engaging and disengaging. It’s not power shifting. I shift like this at all RPMs it wouldn’t shift if it wasn’t engaged properly. Trust me I’ve played with the clutch and when it will allow it to shift and when it won’t.
i have them but haven’t noticed anything getting in there. I bet you could fab a rubber flap to mount there with a slit or two for air the get through but less of a hole than is currently there

they weren’t reaching out for a fix. I haven’t even taken it in yet for it. It doesn’t do it all the time and they probably wouldn’t do anything as of now anyways with no guidance from ford.
