It is doable. I'm not sure if the location is the same as other Ford products but on the Super Duty it is in BodyCM/BCM. Give this a try...

Another option, and now I'm just making stuff up, is that Whipple is not allowed to supply the tune to a kit bought from FP despite them being physically identical? Perhaps dues to warranty differences? Seems crazy but stranger things have happened...
Well, I guess that was kind of a loose description from Grok that could be taken a couple of ways but I've spoken with Whipple and they say they will still provide the tune if you buy from them as opposed to Ford Performance.
Beautiful Chevelle by the way... 67? My other red manual shift is a...
What's interesting about this is that the Whipple version is still able to be installed and tuned. I wonder what's different in the tuning process between the two?
It's very simple to install the adapter to prevent it from turning on. Took me 5 minutes. No more remembering to hit the button. Yeah, it's not a value for what it is, but totally worth if for me.
Good recommendation on the center channel speaker OP. I went a bit further on my sub with a Hertz and Audison amp sent through a Wavetech LOC. The lows were unreal after that. But highs and clarity were lacking. This cheap upgrade that took me literally 10 minutes was a big improvement....
Dug into a few projects over the last week. Installed an Escort Redline 360c with a blend mount and a mirror tap first. We have two other FoMoCo products. A 23 F250 and a 24 Lincoln Nautilus. The Mustang must pack the same tech behind the mirror. Speed limit cam, rain sensor, high beam sensor...
I read that too about leaving them in on the road but I've done it a few times and saw no sign of any wear starting. Not saying it won't happen if you do it long term but I wouldn't sweat it if you forget once in a while. Speaking of forgetting... What's interesting is the 7g cars must have a...
This is the system that's in the Lincoln Nautilus since 24. It is in no way smoother. We have to do a soft reset at least once a week and others have to do it much more often. Some have it so bad that they loose their profile settings after a reset. AND you have to have a google profile setup to...
That is completely normal if I'm seeing a color change when you open the door. Ford and Lincoln do it on all their vehicles to indicate a door ajar situation.
