That’s a good question. I’m not sure what the whipple calibration does but they don’t even include a BAP for the stage 2 kit. They must up the voltage a fair amount.
Must be, fuel system is definitely overkill. A BAP is all everyone used for Gen 1, 2, and 3. Mine held great on the 120 and 93. Made 733whp. The whipple guys have been running 93 and 13-14 PSI for years now without a BAP and on 55lbs injectors. I’m not sure what the deal is.
After last weekend we now have the quickest and fastest stock sealed motor S650. 8.69 @ 160mph in +2400 DA.
This car has a 100% factory sealed engine. NO aftermarket oil pump gears, head studs, cams or engine modifications of any kind.

You can, all you need is GT500 injectors ~$300. Every form of boost requires injectors on these cars. But you can keep the stock fuel pump, rails etc. 120mm on 93 will make over 700whp.
Yep there’s a reason nobody runs the stock injectors on any boosted gen 3/4. It runs out of PI immediately. We were on the 125 pulley with Wengerd tuning it on 91. The pump seems to hold up better without a BAP though.
CFM ratings aren’t an accurate way to measure performance. P1X is only rated at 950 crank HP. Very conservative. The G3X and P1X are the closest to each other based on inducer size. G3R and D1X etc.. G2 is still very capable for its size though.
The CFM ratings are the least important rating when looking at these blowers. It doesn’t mean much. Inducer size and RPM limit are much more important. The P1X is rated to 950 crank HP. Which is very conservative.
G3X (88.2mm inducer) and P1X (90.6mm) are comparable. The D1X and G3R are...
For those that have been patiently waiting to order their ESS system you can now do so directly off the website.
The G2 system is available as of right now with the G3 and G3X just a few days away.
These kits are now being built and shipped!
