Can't say for sure on the darkhorse as I haven't seen one in person to verify the size of the connection at the factory connect point. However on the base and premium GT it will work.
Whipple has access and the ability to tune the 24's. They have a 3.0L kit installed and in testing now. It will most likely be a bit before other tuning companies have the ability to tune the 24's but I'm sure in time we'll see some options.
It's possible but the darkhorse uses a different rear valence than the base or premium GT. The openings for the tips are larger as the darkhorse has tips similar in size to the 2020 GT500. Not 100% sure if the connection size at the factory connect is the same as the GT or if it's larger like...

Whipple offers a warranty that can be purchased separately for I believe $650. Without it if your dealer chooses to void a warranty or not honor a claim due to a failure related to the blower being installed you’re out of luck.

The Bronco and 21+ F150 currently use the over the air updates which is why the tuning companies such as HP Tuners and SCT haven't been able to release anything for them. From what we're hearing the PCM on the S650 is even more locked down than that one. We'll see.
