I had my battery replaced within a couple of months of getting my 2024 in September 2023 because of low battery messages. And this week -- getting notifications again for low battery and a warning that it may not be health enough to start the car soon. So back to the dealer on Tuesday.

I finally had a chance to change my side markers. Only took about a half hour, I used the short cut that someone had posted using the panel removal tool to simply pop each of the markers out.

Nothing, completely stock. And mine has done that reset with every OTA update since I bought it in September 2023. Very annoying.

Took it in to have it checked for a "clunk" in the front end going over bumps. Getting new front struts installed today, under warranty.

It affects mine every time for some reason. Every update, reset to 100%. So for my car anyway it is true. Might not be for yours.

Unfortunately when Ford does an OTA update it resets the oil life monitor to 100% life (at least it always does on my car) for some reason. So anytime there is an update, the OLM is useless until your next oil change (that's why I have the windshield tag to keep an eye on the miles still).

I kept getting a CEL every time I used an underbody spray. After several visits to the dealership, and sensor replacements, they finally figured out it was a split in the wiring to the cat/O2 sensor. After replacing/repairing the wiring I haven't had the issue again.

I'd like an update to stop overwriting things. Every update I have to fix "my color" and my oil life monitor always resets to 100% it's a good thing I also track the mileage since the OLM becomes useless with a OTA update.
