Yeah same to me. I mean 20k over a GT was a tough pill to swallow. For me, it's made up in the wheels which I love, the Tremec, Torsen diff and the spoiler. Oh and the strut tower brace! 😁

I'm in the same boat. After waiting nearly 3 years for my Mustang, the fact that I managed to snag a Dark Horse feels like I burned all my luck in one go.

What build were you after? Maybe your dealer can find you a car from some of the other dealer orders? If I understand correctly not all cars have owners yet. Some belong to dealers and will just be sold or used as demos.

There wont be 1000 Dark Horses on Ship1. Australia is getting a total of 1000. I've heard rumors of it being cut to 700. Mine is built, but still in Baltimore awaiting shipping so its not on that ship.
