I replaced the resonator with a X pipe. With the active exhaust, running quiet mode IMO It didn’t make that much of a difference to add resonators. After looking inside the resonator that was removed it has very small ports connecting the sides.

Why did you remove the factory resonator and replace it with a different resonator?

Those little things sometimes matter a lot.

Looks like Steeda made one to stretch the limit on size without a tune. For 650 after discount code “Remember” from Lethel Performance is still a little expensive for a couple of HP. Replaced the resonator with a X pipe. Definitely made a sound difference.
