The difference that I noticed is the track springs had less body roll and were stiffer but still comfortable enough to daily drive on my stock set up. I have a base GT and no suspension mods besides the springs. So when I had the track it was good for daily driving, but once you start upgrading...
Mine does that. But it’s here and there and usually the sound goes away once it’s warmed up. I’ve had mine for over a year and a little over 8k miles. Haven’t had any issues with how it runs, etc.
If you find out what it is and is something that needs to be changed out let us know! That way I...
I would also suggest shopping around for a similar spec even if it’s different color. Negotiate and see what they can offer. Only reason I say that is because I was planning on trading in my 24 GT for a PP version and there was a dealer selling a new one almost 7-9K off MSRP for a premium. I...
I would check the rear ones from time to time. I’ve had mine on since they released a few months ago and noticed one of my rear pads was barely hanging on. Ended up tightening it again and torquing to spec but will check all of them in a few days just to be sure they’re not getting loose over...
Yes I actually did with the track springs. I was able to get it fixed by buying coil spring sleeves and covering the ford and part number on the rear. After that no more noise. I put the link of what I used that worked.

I’m currently on the street springs and...
thank you! They’re pretty nice I would say I just recently changed out my springs to the FP street springs M-5300-S65S. Just because I know I want to upgrade my shocks/struts, sway bars and I don’t want my car to be uncomfortable especially daily driving it lol made a mistake on my trans am back...
I have an issue with a stress crack on my tail light, probably caused because it’s hot in Texas. Happened end of August and none of the dealers want to help and never saw you guys reaching out when I posted a thread with others having similar issues when asking online.
Update on my whole situation: Went to Five Star Ford in Dallas, tech that looked at my car said I had caused it from what my service advisor told me. Well I showed the SA proof of others having this issue with pictures, etc of the same exact cracks, and said SA said she’d send the info to her...
I went with the base 300A since I knew I’d end up changing a lot on the car. Only regret is maybe not getting PP or 3:55 gears, but other than that love the car. Maybe in the future I’ll upgrade to one that has all the bells and whistles but for me I’m more than happy with the base 300A I have...
What’s needed to upgrade a 3:15 rear end to a 3:55? That’s probably one of the things I forgot about when I first ordered my car. I do want to get a Torsen rear diff with the 3:55 gears since I know I won’t supercharge. My only future plans are headers, and a tune whenever that becomes available.
I should have disputed an old transaction with them earlier in the year. Placed an order for a splitter and got charged a restocking fee. Asked why when it was never shipping anytime soon, no response. Meanwhile I cancelled an order that was still on preorder and not shipping anytime soon from...
If I could I’d take it to you lol I used to work a bit as a ford service tech but apparently the tech who looked at mine said I had caused it. Once I showed proof of others with real evidence now it’s like they’re sending all that info to a ford rep. Not sure how long I have to wait.
Yeah they have to prove that caused it. Or you can revert back to the original spoiler just to be more sure. The dealer or ford will find any way to not do it I feel like
Hopefully it is. Would suck if it’s a possibility even on newer build stangs. Mine is a 8/23 production and I’m here in Dallas, TX specifically. It has been hot but I feel like it wasn’t as bad as last summer. Wonder if there could be a recall for it if it’s production date related
Welcome! Yeah I’m sure it must be a manufacturing defect. Do you live in a hot state? I am in Texas so I’m wondering if it depends on state since I have heard from others that are in Texas, and New Mexico. I’m wondering if it’s the heat causing it but regardless shouldn’t be happening on a new...
I went with AWE touring cat back. No drone on the highway, and sounds good too. Deep and it’s with an H pipe. It is pricey so depends if you want a bit more extra sound H pipe is the way to go on these cars in my opinion.
