Jim Owens the Ford product manager today at All Ford Nationals said the DH outperforms the Mach 1 on the track. He did not elaborate at all but that is what he told the audience today.
So, Ford brought a Blue Ember DH to the All Ford Nationals & the BE looks amazing in person! Pictures really can't capture what your eyes can see in person. What I'm going to call a Chameleon Color. The color shifts depending on lighting & angle it can look blue-purple-grey-black-copper-hints of...
The Carlisle All Ford Nationals June 2-4th in Carlisle Pa. Vaughn Gitten Jr will be there doing drift demonstrations on Friday 10AM-12:30PM-2PM & on Saturday at 10AM Ford will have a Dark Horse presentation on the main stage. Hope they bring the Blue Ember DH Can't wait to see this color in...
I knew I've seen it somewhere. I'm sure CookiemanEU who started this thread about an old thread & topic will appreciate the link you provided!
Along with the other members or persons who have not seen this yet.
I still have not seen the Blue Ember in person yet & I can't wait! Hope the color is as amazing as everyone is saying. Pictures never really give you a true idea of what the color is. Yes, should be a beautiful car!
From what I understand that is Fords unique way of supposedly getting around some more dumbass Government mandates. Don't have the info at hand but I know I remember seeing it in the media somewhere.
I'd guess a good 800 & probably still be reliable. Gen 1 Coyotes can do 600 reliably. Pretty sure the Gen 3's are good at 800 HP. Anyone who knows more, or better info are more than welcome to chime in!
Hope they get me a build date & VIN soon! Good news builds are moving forward but still no DH! I'll just have to wait & hope they get everything right. Thinking by the time they get to building my DH they'll be pros at it.
