  1. AC causing fluctuating AFR and rough idle

Thanks. I tested it out this morning and it worked normally.
  2. AC causing fluctuating AFR and rough idle

Thank you. Yes I can. Will send it over in a minute.
  3. AC causing fluctuating AFR and rough idle

Right, sorry, the Air/Fuel Ratio. From what I've observed with my car, under normal circumstances, the AFR settles down at around 13.9/14.1 at idle. But when the rough idle starts, the AFR moves quickly up and down, along with the engine idle speed moving between 400 and 700 RPM, cycling up and...
  4. AC causing fluctuating AFR and rough idle

Thanks for your reply. I'll make sure to mention it to the service rep when I take it in.
  5. AC causing fluctuating AFR and rough idle

Greetings. I posted over in 6g but didn't have much luck so I thought I'd post here. This started a couple of days ago while out driving. I turned on the AC and the AFR started jumping around and idle started going from 700 to 500 and back up again. Anyone have any idea what could be going on...

  7. Crazy rear end

Does TC control kick in when it happens?
  8. Crazy rear end

I think Randi said that she brought hers down to 35. Still a bit high in my opinion. Should probably be set at 32/33 cold.
  9. Crazy rear end

Just so I understand correctly, your car isn't losing traction. It just feels squirrelly at certain speeds and when getting on the throttle? Is just seems Randi and Gr8ful are manifesting the same problem but at different speeds and throttle inputs.
  10. Crazy rear end

How's your alignment? Tire wear? Probably not an issue if you only have 1k on the car. Maybe check the pressures. Any mods so far?
  11. First performance upgrade recomendations

Some options: supercharger, exhaust, coilovers, tint, wheels, rear spoiler, steering wheel (there are some really nice ones out there). For superchargers, I'd go with the ESS G3 kit. If you want to go loud, could try a Borla ATAK that's compatible with AE., etc,
  12. Start/Stop failure

It looks like some 2024 Mustang GT models built between November 15, 2023, and March 26, 2024, have been experiencing issues with the auto start-stop feature1. This problem is often due to the body control module (BCM) configuration1. Ford is aware of the issue and is working on a solution...
  13. Wheel to fender gap - Dark horse

I asked about your issue, this is what I found. Not sure it helps but might give you some ideas. Hope you get it sorted out. Several factors could contribute to the higher ride height on your Mustang Dark Horse: Aftermarket Suspension Modifications: If your Dark Horse has aftermarket...
  14. Whipple Calibration and Idle Surging

Tune or a vacuum leak issue. Also could be normal. From what I've read it's not uncommon for the car's idle behavior to change after a Whipple install.
  15. First look at the Mustang GTD interior!

The 2024 Super Snake looks better that this. Agree with most of the other opinions, the interior is a let down.
  16. Delivery day! Shes finally here.

Congrats! Very nice car and love the color!
  17. Heated Seats + Steering on in the morning???

You could try this: Start the car. Navigate to the settings menu using the infotainment system or dashboard controls. Look for an option related to climate or comfort settings. Within that menu, you should find controls for heated features (steering wheel and seats). Disable the automatic...
  18. Automatic Transmission Searching for Gear

  19. Automatic Transmission Searching for Gear

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery? Could be a sensor issue maybe. Also, did you check the transmission fluid? If the level is low it can cause it to search for gears.
  20. Canceled My GT Order

Awesome looking ride. I think that's the color to get. The stripes with that color combination looks excellent!
