You might have gotten a defective part. So based upon your updates, does the car vibrate when in park/neutral and revving to the RPM where when driving, it vibrates? This is how you can eliminate suspension components. Could be exhaust system if it does.

Vibrations suck. So try to document some items to begin the diagnostic process. 1. Do you feel the vibration in the steering wheel? 2. Do you feel the vibration in the seat , ie: your butt? 3. Does it stop/start when brakes are applied lightly? 4. Any other noises? 5. Does it vibrate revving...

I'm surprised to see the OEM unit have a higher output below 30hz or so. If I would have guessed just by listening that it would have dropped off much higher in frequency as to my ears it sounds "thumpy". Thanks for testing.

Ford actually made the replacement logical and apparently quite easy. I wonder what the cost of the full length screen might be though? Also, quick question about the Shop Manual pic... Mine does not show the colors or camera on the right side of the page? What are those for? Here is my pic.

Same. I will say one thing, the structural parts shown in the pics look quite beefy. I'll give Ford credit for that. I realize cars are meant to crush while absorbing energy but even still it's a hell of a lot tougher looking metal than my Chrysler mini van had.

This is going to sound crazy, but I was getting a similar noise/clunk coming from the rear. I thought it was a loose caliper or other part... Turns out it's the exhaust making normal popping noises.. I figured it out when I discovered it made the noise a lot more in Sport Mode than Normal Mode...

That's what I am considering doing. How did you prevent the metal chips from contaminating the magnet, voice coil etc ? Or did you drill new holes in the enclosure instead?

After that same update on 7/2/24, Carplay would connect/disconnect over and over again. Tried the usual tricks with phone etc without success. Had to do hard reset of the Sync system and after adding the phone back again everything has been working since. Was really strange.

Speaking of a delete option, my GT had a no charge spoiler delete option listed. Was there an option to not have the spoiler deleted? Just curious.

If you are looking at having alternative stripes installed, I would just have the shop remove the old ones. A good shop can do this in their sleep. Just my opinion.
