Not my video. These were spotted in Surprise, Arizona last night. Appears to be 3 GTDs testing and the 4th car looks to be a Dark Horse? The odd rear trunk lid/rear window looks to be GTD.

The camera and the belt attached to the steering wheel with the steering wheel extension looks like they're trying to record and mimic real world steering wheel inputs.

They do show this right before the burnout, and the line lock has been an option for the past couple of years.
