I am happy for all of you. On a hunch, I called Union Pacific's number, 800-877-5123, followed the automated prompts to "Trace" then told the automated system my rail car number. UP had received my car yesterday afternoon from Canadian National and gave me an estimated arrival of 9-17-24 at 3:45...
My car was labeled in production with a date of 9-6, built 9-9, shipped 9-10. Expected delivery 9-27 to 10-3 to Los Angeles, CA by rail. It was loaded on a car for the Canadian National Railway yesterday at 11:53 am according to Ford. I tried to log into the CN rail to track my car since Ford...
What options did you get with yours? By the image it looks like GT premium with performance package and red/white Brembo brakes? What interior? What other options? Inquiring minds. My configuration is in my signature block.
Here is my scheduled GT. Similar packages. Attached a screenshot. Shows in production but no date yet. No window sticker, no blend date. When chatting with Ford, they said it won't start until week of 9/9/24.
My condolences for your loss. Congratulations on your GT. Way to honor her memory. You will see her every day you turn it on. I pray for your peace.
My wife chose a Rapid Red with Carmine Red interior (she chooses the form) Mustang GT (I got to choose function) for our new car. She is...
My tracker says production scheduled week of 9/9/2024. Today, with an update shown with today's date 8/29/24, the tracker says your car is in production however there is no date with the in-production milestone on the timeline. What does this mean? Is it a glitch? Is it really in production early?
@roadpilot. I know. I was playing along with the joke. The reference to getting out and back in was: Close all windows, exit, then restart. The solution to almost every Windows problem.
The blue screen of death. AAAaaahhhh. So, roll up all your windows, get out of the car, get back in and try to start it again. Maybe it will work. I sure hope the software was not outsourced to Microsoft. I don't care to be a beta tester to find the bugs in their software when the brakes are...
@roadpilot, now that we got that straight, do you have any suggestions or information about how to interpret what the various things mean? Limited and Exhausted availability? My GT is scheduled during the weeks of 9-9 or 9-16. The email says 9-16, the tracker says 9-9. I expect it will probably...
For those that have more history in this forum, is there some explanation of how to interpret the scheduling report? I have only seen partial explanations here and there.
What do the limited and exhausted availability mean for the stated schedule period? An earlier post in this thread said if the production is scheduled, all parts for that VIN are available. Do these limitations apply to later schedule periods? How late?
I reread the AXZD Plans Pricing Agreement more closely. Under the Dealer Agreement item number two:
Ford agrees to pay the Dealer the commission in effect under the applicable Plan. If a Participant does not accept delivery of the vehicle within five
(5) working days of notification by the...
How long will the dealer allow me to wait between when the car arrives and I take delivery? It might be close between the 90 day membership and when the car arrives. I would like to use X-plan pricing. Can I wait until after that date?
