My 2cents. Ford owns the market in 2025 and to bring a street car like this to market with no Dodge or Chevy competing is an opportunity Ford won’t pass up. As the Dodge Demon was over the top in 2018 at 100k I think Ford prices this at about 125k and rules the muscle enthusiast car market.

From my experience in buying new cars, for the company its all about the hype, the press release, and the commercials, it is never about the customer. I have had many new Fords and in my opinion they suffer a quality control problem and the company is poorly run. Just look at their stock price...

With Ford being last one offering a muscle car V8, I would expect a 2026 GT 500 to be the final send off by Ford to the V8. We can hope anyway..
