  1. Rear Window Issue

Ask the dealer to grease the seal. They'll likely use the following which you should use if you DIY this. Not cheap but good. "Krytox by Chemours GPL 205 Grease"
  2. Front Fender line holes gone

The problems these holes will cause will not be evident for years to come. If these Mustangs last into the future and become somewhat collectable these holes will be a point of interest to buyers in the know. Hey John Doe I see you bought one of those 1st year S-650's. I hope you checked to be...
  3. Front Fender line holes gone

That is the area where the hole used to exist. Looks like Ford has made a patch piece with the same material as the liner. I've circled the patch in the photo you uploaded.
  4. Watch the Mustang GTD Lap the Nurburgring in 6:52:072 (On-Board POV Video)

That would be interesting for sure. Misha is probably as familiar with this track as anyone can be. I'm not convinced as good as Misha is that he could beat Dirk's lap time. Nonetheless, I would love to see him try because you never know until you know.
  5. FP by Borla Extreme Active Cat Back

I recently installed a F.P. Sport (non-active) by Borla W/Dark Horse rear valance. I'm OCD about tip alignment and how far the tips stick out or in for that matter. More on "in too far" below. A little advice for the OCD minded people. 1. Almost guaranteed you will not get the tip adjustment...
  6. Ice cream anyone?

:shock:That Black Mustang looks menacing. If it was mine I might dribble a little ice-cream on the hood and lick it off!
  7. Need solution to make the studs back to normal (Had to cut them in order to fit 20mm spacers)

I have not done this on a newer Mustang. Check out Murphy's Law Garage on YouTube. He made a video titled - S650 Mustang APR Wheel Stud Install - Fastest Method! The removal method still applies even though he is installing ARP studs. This video applies to rear and he is installing ARP studs...
  8. My new Mustang GT has annoying issues.

:like:Maybe we'd be better off if they were made in Roswell NM - Made by Aliens.
  9. Ford Performance Oil Cooler Kit

I think there would be one more part or modification required to pull this off. Left Front Inner Fender Liner (Slotted) or cutting some slots in the non-PP fender liner. Not sure how the latter will hold it's shape over time (Rigidity speaking).
  10. Thoughts please. Engine issue or tick?

What could any dealer possible do on their own when Ford says its nothing to worry about. Not trying to downplay your concern however, there is absolutely nothing a Ford dealer can do about this even if they truly wanted to.
  11. Why's Ford not allowing people to tune the S650 Mustang?

I'd venture to say this is mostly an EPA issue. The EPA is tightening the screws down on vehicle manufactures. Here's some of my thoughts (opinions). 1. The EPA is smart enough to know that Ford has the money and technology to make their ECU's darn near uncrackable. 2. Ford is smart enough to...
  12. The little details...

I liked the 5.0 better with the grabber blue dot only. Subtle, yet noticeable.
  13. What do you guys think of these decals

Came with the car I have mixed feelings about them what y’all think so I keep and or take them off ? A little helpful advice. Next time pose your question in a more accurate, pleasing way to avoid prejudicing the people you're asking. How do guys like these stickers? My first thought before...
  14. What is this "FOB" connected to steering wheel

Agree with smurfslayer. Most likely some sort of tracking device. Funny how things such as this end up missing like a sock in a dryer.
  15. GT Hood Insert Available in Matte Black?

Plasti Dip is fairly easy to undo and can look pretty decent if applied correctly. It is not known to weather very well. I believe some of the rattle cans contain some UV protection albeit probably short lived. I would reserve it's use to older vehicles not something new and nice for a couple...
  16. Mcgard 64074 fitting on 19” Wheel

Yes, you can see a visual difference. What matters is the degree on the conical seat. The OEM lung nuts have a deeper seat which equates to more contact area. Take the lug nuts (one of each) and over lap them facing each other (as in your photo number one 3) with the seat bevels touching each...
  17. Motoroil experts here? Motorcraft 5W30 vs Castrol 0W30 DIESEL engine oil

Actually, diesel oils have lowered the Zinc content a lot over the past 15 or so years (almost to the point of useless). Diesel oils designed for marine use still have a good amount of zinc however not nearly enough for some applications. Some specialty diesel oils have high zinc concentrations...
  18. Question for owners of cars with the Nite Pony pack or the black pack?

Ford Performance Lug Nut Kit OE-Style Black Mustang 2015-2025 Ford Performance: M-1012K-MB The FP lug nuts are by no means the cheapest option available. When possible, I like to stick with OEM parts for certain things. For me lug nuts would be one of those "things".
  19. Question for owners of cars with the Nite Pony pack or the black pack?

The NPP comes with chrome lug nuts. I changed mine to black. Ford does make black lug nuts and that's what I went with.
  20. Wheels for drag racing.

I'll second the WELD wheels. You'll see them on cars at every dragstrip in the USA and beyond. A WELD wheel will talk to you after a run and say is that all you have.
