Ford would need to insulate the outside of the vent ducting all the way back to the evaporator. Could be why the BCM is getting wet also. ?

Its condensation. Only you Convertible guys have it happening. The outside of the vent plastic is gathering moisture, and then it drips. Try turning A/C off , bet it doesn't happen. Not sure why people drive with top down and A/C on anyways , but I've never owned one to try.

Maybe they figured out after they installed the ANC , that it canceled the noise everyone likes too. The V8 sound. So in turn the easiest way to solve that problem , was to put the noise back in artificially with ESE. It really makes the head spin when thinking about this , you're welcome ! 🤣
