Some basic math applied to you tint film will reveal the overall VLT (Visible Light Transmission), which is expressed as a percentage.
OEM tinted glass has 70% transparency (VLT)
Multiply your chosen film's light transmission % by 0.7
Example: IR70 film
70% of 70% = 49% overall light...
That's easy!
Just build up a Youtube following to, say, a million or so, then release your own product line, AND then in your own awards video, rank yourself in top place in every category.
What could possibly go wrong? :giggle:
Great, thank you.
It was difficult to do a size comparison from the individual product shots, but these hands-on images shows the difference.
Yes, the smaller wool mitt will provide the most advantage into getting tight spots.

It only took my first Mustang wash a few days ago to discover my "The Flat Head" brush (Bowden's from SCA, don't laugh!) definitely needs some assistance with the Mustang wheels.
Which did an ok job in the barrels and between the calipers.
Just checking the Mitts are these...
Edit:
My initially ramblings need to be tweaked!
For those interested, the factory glass appears to be tinted, up to a maximum of 30%.

Beyond revealing a scumbag scam, Vortex compares the Viofo A129 Plus with the A229 Plus and the recently released A329.
Hi all
With S650s arriving onto our shores, I'm sure some of us are keen to start up Cars 'n Coffee type meets.
Would be great to share stories, see other cars in the various guises , and discuss mods 'n things.
I'd propose late November 2024 for the inaugural S/E QLD S650 Meet.

You didn't go too far.
I'd imagine the upper echelon of FoMoCo management only look at P&L figures, and wouldn't drill down to see the nuances of external markets.
I'd be curious to know why we get such limited build configurations down under.
eg; not being able to order a spoiler independently...

Mine had 26km on the clock when I took delivery.
You can see the Ford dealership sign out the front in two of the photos.
It's obviously new, not sure why it's listed as "Used".
Most likely the result of a cancelled order.
Correct.
You don't really need the plinth... unless you want to spend an extra $75 for no advantage.
I'd just get the $10 angled spacer kit (which is currently sold out as I type this).
Like most businesses these days, they will find ways to increase your spend beyond what is really needed...
I was wondering about insurance, and whether spacers would void any claim.
Worst case, I doubt you could remove them if your vehicle is taken to a crash repairer straight away for assessment. Any excuse they can find...

The ETA I was given, months before the vessel was known, ended up being 8 days after the vessel finally arrived at my local port, and 7 days before I was driving it out of the dealer's yard.
My vessel did spend 4 days loitering just off Panama (strangely, after it passed through the canal) for...

The S650 got it's first detail (by me) over the weekend.
The basic process went like this:
Spray iron remover on wheels
Let dwell for a few minutes
Foam wheels with Carpro Lift
Rinse wheels
Spray wheels and tyres with brake buster
Scrub wheels and tyres with various brushes
Rinse wheels
Spray...
