No reason for the emissions to change, the resonator is just there to make less noise. Just look inside. With an H, the noise will be a little louder, nothing more. 👍

I agree with alert levels 2 and 3, but the presence of hands is not necessary. You just need to make a small 1° steering movement to deactivate the alert, which will reappear 15 seconds later.😓

On mine, it's the same; the warning is quite present, so I deactivate it every time I start up. It's not a pressure-sensitive sensor, but you do have to move the steering wheel 1° every 15 seconds, and on freeways at high speed, it's not very good. Otherwise, without this warning, it works fine...
