I did. And my camera has parking mode too, but I used the mirror USB, so it turns off power at some point. However, it keeps the parking mode running for quite a while. Maybe it runs off of a battery in the camera. Not sure.
It looks to me like @Zig was responding to someone else. However, people need to be aware that Ford's social media team here doesn't help do a thing, except take your personal information and then tell you to contact your local dealer's service manager. It's a total misrepresentation of them...
The reason he didn't share the price is because it ISN'T close, even buying a used one. I agree with him that time kills deals, but not that you didn't know what to expect if you're on this forum paying the least degree of attention. You could have bought a Mustang off the lot too. 🤷🏻♂️
While that's great for sure, and I wish those hokey fees would be capped everywhere, I'm gonna say I'd pay thousands extra, if worse came to worse, rather than live in CA. 😉 But I know you only said buy there, not live there. 😂
Make sure to compare documentation fees and the like. X-plan and/or other dealerships can beat many of those ridiculous fees.
I agree with you completely. Just a note that I believe the Mustang comes with nitrogen in the tires from the factory. And any of those add-ons should be priced in...
I keep seeing people say the price of a Ford ESP is the same in 3 years as it is when the car is new, except for possible small annual increases to the plan. However, it appears to me that the price goes up if the car is older than a year. For example if you buy a 2022 new now and have a 2...
Totally understand why you walked away. Respectfully disagree that it was anything akin to wrecked. But the word definitely evokes strong sentiment about a high level of damage.
Costco is also top tier. If I used the membership for nothing else, I still save more than $900 per year buying 93 there over Shell. The Shell rewards thing requires you to agree to far too much personal tracking information that they can use for any reason, including selling it. So, I'll pay...
Totally agree. But how you describe it here matters to everyone who reads it. We think a wrecked car has far more damage than a panel that got ripped off the bottom, and pulled a couple clips off the bumper. Not saying your choice didn't make sense to walk away because it mattered to you. It...
Don't do it @jexsk. I learned the hard way. They don't do a thing but collect your personal information and then tell you to contact your dealer's service manager. They make it sound like they can do something to assist. Literally nothing. 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Maybe, but the dust on these brakes is different (much worse) than the s550. So, while they perform great, any replacement for me needs to perform just as well or better, and lower dust will be a plus.
That's why I had my wheels ceramic'd when I did the car, and again when I replaced the wheels. I didn't care for the dust, but I also want to keep the amazing braking performance. I look forward to hearing if anyone finds better pads for both braking and lower dust...
You keep repeating this, and just as crassly - the very definition of the word moron itself. No worries if you don't like the pops, but it's far from the calling card of stupid people.
