One (maybe stupid) question, but why all pages and press releases say the Mustang will go on sale by summer'23, whilst (hopefully soon) orders will be taken from dealerships and production is set for April.

Which part are you referring to in particular? I actually like that black finish on the bezels instead of chrome. What look cheap to me is the where the USB/C port ist. That could have been in that carbon fibre look as well.

Currently there are delays for bank orders in the States, so I assume it will also affect us. I personally believe that orders will be open in DACH by September/October 2023. Delivery may take up to 9-12 months depending on the chip issue and parts delivery. There is back log everywhere. Fingers...

Probably a year considering that my current Stang needed 8 months to be at my dealer. Okay I need to mentioned that the plant was closed due to Covid, but with the current economic climate, missing parts and chip issues, it could be worse than before.

At least with these seats, they look a bit different than the standard one's + they are finally heated and ventilated, which was long overdue. I will pass on stripes. I am sure in Europe most of the packages will not be even offered.

I have to pass on those carbon fibre wheels. Too chunky and only on 19 inch wheels. 9 grant that I can spend better for other things and if you present such wheels, the nut screws need to be black. That chrome pops out too much imo.

We have the Ford Explorer here in Germany. It is also a 7 seater plug-in hybrid (5m long). It is too massive for a city and totally useless where I live, but that is the direction that Ford goes.... bye bye little Fiesta :(

I am biased with that color, because the hood vent stand out too much with this color and it looks misplaced. I need to see it in person, but I would most probably go with a darker tone.

Agree. Camaro might be better in handling, but Mustangs are not crap. They may be worse, but not a level where handling or driving is unbearable. I hope that Ford did a fairly better job with the S650. My tendency is that they did. To what extent? I don't know. Let us wait the first proper...

Event though many of us don't like " Stangmode" , one thing we can credit him for is, that he "kinda" made it and is probably closest to Ford than anyone as YT or insider. Hell he was even part of the launch event back in September, which was somehow gross lol
