I did not order the handling pack on my DH. I may never track it. I also did not want the bigger/stickier tires that would wear out much quicker. I like the splitter and wing of the HP. But figured I could add that later if I want. Just didn’t seem like I would utilize the extra 6k of options.

I think the starvation issue is mind blowing for any normal car, much less the track version of a sports car.

Thats crazy! I guess mine made it out just in time. It sat at "Ramp 59" in Dearborn for 1.5 months, then shipped here to my local delivery lot where it has sit for 2 weeks. Hopefully will be picked up by a truck to be delivered to my dealer soon.

I see it as much more than just the 14hp addition. Hence, why I ordered it. If Ford only cared about a HP bump they would have sold it with a turbo/supercharger.

I agree with this. The DH was not built to be a drag racing beast, and neither was the Mach 1. Ford built these for the track. Personally, my Dark Horse may never touch a track. I just love the way it looks, wanted the more sporty driving feel in the corners, and the monstrous V8 sound!

Completely agree! Im not sure the Dark Horse would smoke the Mach 1, but I do think it would beat it.

Yes ford marketing was the ones that said it would be shipped on the 21st. I will give your number a try and see what happens. I’m kinda to the point of giving up on tracking it. My excitement is fading due to all of the misinformation.
