This is why I'm looking into a digital rearview mirror, I can't clearly see through my back window now that I got it tinted, see pics below. This is exactly how the image is through my eyes; the images are not altered due to my camera!

How is your light refraction at night? I did the same 30% Xpel Ceramic and the light refraction from the rear window is driving me insane!

So either no one else has this issue, or everyone has the same issue. I'm either going to try to live with it if it's "normal" or I'm going to have all of the window tints removed and deal with the fact that I just wasted money.

I just did 35% XPEL for all windows except front windshield. Looks amazing but the glare / light refraction is annoying me. Will it eventually go away, or do I have to live with this?

Just tinted 30% ceramic tint today and the glare is bugging me. I'm hoping it will eventually go away? I feel like the film isn't fully tight around the defrost lines (like there is air above and below as you can see in photo) and then when light or sun reflection from car behind me hits it...
