As others have said, best to get a new rather than a rebuild, and they didn't string you along, which is great. How long did they estimate you'll be without your car?
Confirmed that my 60th has the pan. All 60th's are regular GTs other than badges, wheels, and maybe exclusive color, so don't know why any 60th version would not have the pan.
