I had the opposite 6 vs 10 in my F150's. The 6 was always hunting for the right gear. The 10 either isn't or it changes much more smoothly. Both were 5.0.
Mid June is not when they change over model years at the assembly plant, it is simply the day they stop taking retail orders. If they have orders for 3 months of production and plan to switch over in the plant this fall then do the math.
There doesn't really seem to be much new going on for...
Just go drive them. The auto is fine, Ford puts it in a few million vehicles a year. There is no excessive harshness related to the manual.
But if you aren't sure if you want a Bronco or a Mustang, get that sorted out first.
My GT PP was missing them. Nobody st the dealer had heard of them and couldn't find them. They ordered a set and they came in a few days. They did offer to put them on but I declined.
After a 5 years my previous car, a BMW 4 series had quite a few chips. I also know where 80% of them came from when some dimehead passed me at about 70 MPH (in a 55) in a center turn lane that had quite a bit of small gravel in it. It was barely over a grand to get the whole front including...

I honestly doubt it has the effect on EV drivers that you might assume, especially when the Mach E GT runs away from a 5.0 in a stop light to stop light contest. But we all do it I suppose, my Harley group may or may not take a detour through the local high end shopping mall parking garage...
It bothered me a little when I brought up my truck in the new version (even though I understand why it changed) and it doesn't any longer say "start", it's "slide to turn on vehicle". It's an engine, not a desk lamp.
When they were delivering my car a few weeks ago, the guy saw that I had updated and immediately said " you don't want that, can I switch you back to the old version ?"
With a manual, I can't/don't/wouldn't even if I could remote start or throttle blip .
