  1. Blacked out infotainment screen and auto hold system fault.

I agree you can do that with forscan, but we really shouldn't have to. Js
  2. S650 Mustang OTA History Thread

Just got this, had plenty of updates but never seen this message. Maybe just something new with Ford Pass?
  3. My X-pipe to HH-pipe swap experience

Myself as well, same on my 2015. But it's subjective more of a muscle car sound IMHO.
  4. Rough Idle

I was having the same issue, I'm at 9500 mi. I know the car has keep alive memory, but I disconnected the battery for 30 minutes and in the last week it has not done it again? Maybe it does an idle relearn?
  5. Question for mechanics and fellow manual drivers on rev matching.

I have an auto now, but last 20 years were manual in many different performance cars. It becomes second nature. Drive in normal traffic rev match even when don't have too. You won't even think about anymore. 😀
  6. Wheels after ~600 Miles and Clean

Drive that thing, after you wash them and get the rust off the rotors.
  7. Black soot in tail pipes

I don't have active exhaust but isn't the right side always open. That would explain the difference in the amount of carbon build up.
  8. Splash Shield/Mud Guard/Fender Flare to protect paint

I have the zl1s on front and rear they have been fine. I also hand wash my car. Put them on after 1500 miles when I noticed rock chips on my quarters. Now at 9200 miles no new rock chips.
  9. 2024 Mustang GT A/C belt broke

I hear you, no one cares. It's the same on the autobody side. Every customer complains, like we make the parts. Just recently we are on 2nd fender that was poorly manufactured on a 2018 Tahoe. Factory part mind you. Insurance company doesn't care. Heaven forbid that poor flate rate tech had to...
  10. Has the GT also fake exhaust sound?

My 2107 focus st had a sound supposer I shut that down. I don't believe we have them on our cars?
  11. Any thoughts as to whether the ‘25s will be even more “connected” and “nannied up”than the ‘24s?

Maybe they are giving us break because the cost of living here is ridiculous. I'm sure it's coming. Calgon take me away....
  12. Another one bites the dust.

I agree, the active X seats are comfy but not Trac seats. But my 2017 focus st3 had nice leather Recaros they were comfortable. Held up well. You never moved in corners. But I'm skinny, but getting in and out was a pain. 😂
  13. Any thoughts as to whether the ‘25s will be even more “connected” and “nannied up”than the ‘24s?

I got a speeding ticket in Iowa a few years ago by cameras. Never knew till a month later by mail. Never responded it went away. Don't we have bigger fish to fry? 🤷‍♂️
  14. Any thoughts as to whether the ‘25s will be even more “connected” and “nannied up”than the ‘24s?

Currently, the state of Massachusetts does not allow the use of automated enforcement. More than 500 communities in 26 states use red-light and/or speed cameras to nab drivers who disobey traffic rules, the Insurance Institute of Highway Safety reports.Nov 17, 2023
  15. 2025 GT Review

💯 handles great, when you want too. Rides like a dream in normal mode, pretty good for a muscle car. Js
  16. Another one bites the dust.

  20. Dark Horse and Ford FAIL

Correct, I am a tournament bass angler and the boat world is the same. Many issues with boats built during the same time, Mercury is laying off 1700 workers, I personally know many people who are having issues with their boats.
