Wow, I've had my 2024 for over a year and a half, wiped down the inside multiple times and never noticed this cubby. Assumed it was a fuse bank behind the cover and just never push on it to open it. Not sure that I'll use it as my glasses are usually on me in or out of the car, but nice to...
According to the FPRS Mustang Unleashed program during their Ballon Car braking demo. If the car senses any human input, wheels or pedals, brake assist will not activate as it assumes that you are paying attention. You will get the warnings, but the car should not emergency auto-brake. Tested...
Received and installed my Fitcamx today. Install took about 30-40 mins with most of my time consumed with one clip (top passenger side) that didn't want to come off and then didn't want to snap back on. The other thing that consumed a bit of time was trying to figure out how/where to run the...
Not sure why everyone gets their panties in such a bind about a decline in sales. All it means to me is that my S650 is a little bit more unique, uncommon, and special on the roadways. I'd rather people look and say "Wow look at that Mustang!" instead of "Eh, just another mustang"
I've installed the Stubby in place of my OEM antenna and have not noticed any kind of reception drop-off at all (at least not for FM); much cleaner look. Now, not happy that I cut a hole in my cover to accommodate the OEM antenna.
Just got this pic from a show last year, she got Best of the Decade for 2020's. People loved the Blackout (NPP) on the Vapor Blue combo with Blue Brembos. My Mistress of the Dark, mean and sexy all at the same time!
Chomping at the bit to get her back out of the garage, its been a long, cold...
I received and installed my Fitcamx for my F-150 this weekend. The camera for my truck is not quite as "integrated" as the one for the mustang but equally unnoticeable once installed and wires are tucked. I bought front and back for it and the rear camera wire tucked nicely into the headliner...
I just bought one for my F-150 to see what I think before I mess with the Stang. It's install is much less intrusive so figured that I'd start there to see what I think. Will post back once I have it and installed it.
The Fitcamx grabbed my attention for the Stang because of its OEM like fit...
Answer from their website on parking mode:
Parking Mode
No. (If required, please contact us to purchase a fuse box kit.)
So it sounds like it's possible to add parking mode but with additional modifications. The G-Sensor activates an automatic "Save" mode when collision is detected, but...
I do the same however, inevitably some a$$ always tends to park right up on me. I can park at the far end of 100+ space lot that's nearly empty, come out of the store and there is always at least one car next to me. Wife is tired of hearing me rant about it. :) So irritating!
Has anyone purchase/installed one of these on their S650 yet? I've been considering it, but haven't seen any reviews on the one specific for the 24/25 Mustangs. I don't think that there is a difference between Coupe/Convertible. Also, can't tell if the USB plug is still there and wondering...
You can do the same with this splitter as well as its taped/glued to the factory splitter, so just as you remove the factory splitter to replace it with a feral splitter, you can remove the original and replace it. That was actually my plan if I didn't like this splitter or had issue with its...
I don't think so, this splitter matches the lines on the factory rocker panels better than the weak factory splitter. A good side view shot shows that they match up better now.
Couple of Pieces of advice:
Two person job to keep the ends pulled away from the car as you work your way from the center out. Once that tape sticks, ITS STUCK. So if as in the instructions you pull an inch or two at the centers and the ends keep it away from the car until you are ready to...
Just got an email from FPRS noting that their schedule is now up and available including dates/registration for the Mustang Unleashed programs starting in Late March. Looked at their website, first track session is already filled but the next few still had availability.
PINs remain active for 12 months from the date of issue. Not sure about the "use it 2 times". I think that you can request 2 PINs per year.
Purchased my last 3 vehicles using the X-plan and in each case the X-plan with the established, minimal fees made the final out-the-door purchase price...
Garaged and Covered over the winter, but always ready to go. Its my "fun" car ('24 GT Conv), not daily unless the weather permits. As others have posted, I keep it off the roads when they have brine/salt on them.
I concur, however, I must admit that I got spoiled with our mild winter last year when I was able to drive her at least a few days per month on reasonable days to take her out. This year, she's been in the Garage since mid-November and short of starting her every few weeks, it's killing me to...
