Very good idea. I was blown away that the Cont DW06 have better dry traction than the pirellis and are amazing in wet. Went with a seperate set of Nitto NT555 G2/R2 for warm months. Loving it so far with both and so glad I ditched the pirellis.
I swear by continental DWS06s. Those tires are better than the original Perellis in dry and best tires I've ever had in the wet. I'd give em the slight edge over Michelin in wet.
I'm a retard that rides the short bus and always tells on myself. Ex use me officer, can I help you build a case against me? Or woud you rather eat a D?
Yeah, you never know how an officer's disposition will be but one thing is for sure: WSP istrained to be very professional. They can actually get fired for being rude and unproffesional to people. It's the one thing about WSP that seperates them from other agencies, from what I understand. I've...
I wish. I already have 80K into the S650 and hoing to build the trans and do a twin disk clutch this winter. Spending another 70k on a toy isn't in the cards lol
lol That's interesting...I was thinking about getting a C7 Z06 but couldn't find a 2019 MT. I don't want anything to do with the earlier ones that have IAT issues. I finally decided on just getting a speced out GT and modding it for boost. People like to kill me for chosing a 750 whp GT over a...
Ive' had issues with CJ Pony Parts not including something in a package and it was a pain getting a refund. I ordered a clutch from Beefcake and after 3 months of waiting I cancelled. They immediately told me I'd get 100 bucks off if I didn't cancel and that it was coming soon. I cancelled...
I love my Stop The Hop Street Starter Kit. The rear end of the car is tightened up and I have virtually no hop now. The car might slide a little with wheel spin, but that's it. I used to get a jutter and the car felt harder to control. I wouldn't it.
My shop's solution seems to be going with high flow cats and gutting them. I'm told the car should still pass emissions. So far so good, although it's only been months and not years, so IDK how much help that is.
The whole point of this thread is tuning for the S650. Yes, there is a supercharged car in the high 8s now. We've known about Whipple, Roush, and now Pro Charger. Now we see a guy claiming that his TT 2024 is making 1000 + on the dyno and that kits are coming soon. That means something differnt...
Are you kidding me? That run was cracking 9s. Cracking 9s is done with about 740 whp. That's not even close to 1000 whp. I thought you'd atleast come back with the Lethal Performance car that runs over 800 whp.
Who is making more than 1000 whp? This is not bhp - it's whp! And it's turbo! This is not a Whipple. I have a WHipple and even with long tube headers, people are creeeping up past 800 on pump gas.
The way to keep it right with the long tubes and high flow cats is to gut them. That is the...
There is someone making 1000 whp on the dyno with a turbo S650 claiming that kits will be available soon. I can't find the original video, so here is a link to Ears POV video ABOUT IT:
It sounds like they may not necessarily have cracked the ECU for tuning, but they figured out something. My...
As soon as I get this stage 2 Whipple installed on this thing I'd really like to find some of those hellcats people are talking about. It ought to work nicely with the long tubes and other mods.
Just pulled up at thh gas station and a guy with a G body and an LS, chopping like a MF, was talking...
