Thx I just ordered the twill SPE can't wait to get it. I hope I can use your filters because the intake comes with oiled filters no option for dry. I will either for when one is being cleaned.
Do you know if yours would work in another CAI system (like steeda, roush etc) or do they only work in the factory intake. I bought a pair a while ago and they work great but Im thinking of putting a new CAI on. Thx The product/filters are great hate to not be able to use them.
That's what I thought but I googled it AI said they are specially engineered for roush the system and could cause a problem I mean they are just a little larger then the factory lids will a plastic window. Thx
A friend of mine gave me the lids off his Roush CAI because he changed to a twin turbo set up. I currently have the Steeda Pro Form CAI on my Dark Horse. I was thinking of using the lids to show the blue filters on the Steeda. Do you think there would be a problem in anyway? I googled it and...
usually all you preset things will change and you with have change back to your settings, such as your colors dashboard (speed and tach things like that)
Not knowing what your looking at to buy but if your just looking at the knob itself that is probably the lower costs. the higher cost includes the shifter and the knob to change out the factory shifter. The knob itself cannot go on the factory shifter.
saw it at the Carlisle show. Those wheels are even worse in person. It definitely is not the best looking thing inside and out. But I am sure some will like it, but you really have to see it in person to get your true opinion.
No filter in an oil separator. When you first put it on check after the first 1000 miles and that should give you a gauge on how often you need to dump the oil and clean the canister.
Before spending the money. Try resonator delete h-pipe first, not expensive and easy to install. Then if ya need more try muffler delete. Then if not satisfied go headers and exhaust and be done.
The car was parked in direct sun for 3 1/2 hours. I then several days later was parked for several hours in 98 degree temps but under shade and no problems.
