I was looking to order an S550 for years now. If I had one, I do not know if there would be enough to get me to jump from an S550 to the S650 unless you absolutely love the tech and interior. Especially for the money.

I hate the wheel and tire fitment... rub city right there lol. I do not mind the wider bar under the grille. Everything else, especially the headlights, look horrible. Even the s550 had headlights that follow the wheel well line upwards on the bottom.

I wonder how hard the auto stop/start will be to deactivate/defeat on this car. My parents Edge ST was defeated using an OBD2 dongle that when plugged in changes something to permanently defeat this system. Where would it rank compared to the mustangs? I personally though the MT-82 was a dream compared the setup in my Mazdaspeed (horrible 1st to 2nd lockout). The MT in the BMW supra is apparently not great to reviewers. I just do not have a lot of experience with non FWD manuals.

I think you are on to something. I do not have an S550 and I am very excited about this car. Touch screen seems to be very good. Super quick to respond to touch and HVAC controls are always on the bottom of the screen.

I am really excited for this car. Not so thrilled with the giant screens that aren't integrated with the dash and the lack of physical HVAC controls but the rest of the interior is so much nicer.
