I wish it was just my tow hook but no such luck lol. I just installed my Steeda jack rails so I can jack it up and take the tire off to look in the wheel well area. I’ll let you know if I find anything
I know it’s not apples to apples but my GT with PP in the 10 AT gets 18.9 MPG after 3k miles. Pretty good mix of city and highway and I wouldn’t say I’m easy on it at all. I drive in sport most of the time.
I know the AT is going to get a little bit better mileage than the MT but dang. What...
My particular issue isn’t the rear seat latch, I did try the tape on the latch. Mine is coming from the wheel well area. I haven’t had a chance to remove the tire and check behind the cover though.
Reverse lines not always displaying requiring a system reboot
More options for the favorite button, drive mode favorite would be nice
Fully customizable drive mode, normal magneride, sport exhaust, sport steering normal transmission shift, sport throttle response combo and so on
I know this is...
After riding in the back the noise is coming from this area. Sounds like a loose screw or someone left a tool. I’ve had this area apart before and nothing stood out but it’s definitely coming from here.
Unfortunately not really. Pointed it out to my wife today and she thinks it’s coming from the trunk. Next step for me may be to ride around with someone in the back seat to see if they can pinpoint it.
Ford recommends taking it in to service but I don’t want to be without my car for a week or...
I think what they’re trying to say is more people tend to speak up when there’s an issue. I think it’s too early to tell if these are systemic problems.
I’ve definitely had my share of issues with this car, from the bad battery, to this rattle, weird infotainment bugs etc. All that being said...
I think I have it narrowed down to the latch mechanism on the rear passenger seat. The driver side makes no noise when I push on it while the passenger appears to be making the same sound I hear while driving.
I’ve wrapped the latch with electrical tape and it’s noticeably reduced when I push...
I’m dead inside if it’s the passenger seatbelt lol I don’t think that’s it but I’ll buckle it up next time I go out to see if that’s it.
The rear seat kind of makes sense as that’s a similar noise. I’ll try adding some weight/tension or maybe just leave it down to see what it does.
Anyone else experiencing a rattling noise from the rear passenger area? It’s only if I hit a bump only on that side, if the entire car or the driver side hits a bump I don’t hear it. It kind of sounds like hard plastic on metal, not quite metal on metal but I could be wrong.
I initially thought...
The performance wing should also be painted black if you get NP regardless of PP. Not sure why this one is body color, maybe an option not listed on build and price?
I started getting this on mine a few weeks ago and turns out I had a bad battery. Who knows how long these have been sitting. Dealership replaced and all good since
Dealership ended up replacing the battery. They said there was a week lead time on having a tech do other diagnostics so fingers crossed that’s all it was.
Charger showed repair complete and it started right up. Plan on taking it out a few times tomorrow so we’ll see. I plan on taking it in regardless Wednesday to see what they say.
Gotta say, love having this little Noco battery jump pack. Had it for years and works great every time I’ve used it.
