I had that happening and my shop told me they were having issues with the whipple wiring harness. It was not letting the coolant circulate and the whipple would cut out when I smashed the gas. They replaced harness for free amd no issues after. Hope this helps brother.

I had that issue, built mine April 2024 and by the next summer 2025 I had no AC, only 5k miles on the car. Had a leak in radiator and had to be replaced.
