I had the swooshing noise with some clicking thrown in for fun. Mine started to do it very frequently. Took it to the dealer a few times, could not replicate (bs). Ford ended up buying back my Mustang as a lemon.

You modified the stereo system and added things to the electrical system and are having audio and electrical issues …. Just curious, would Ford even consider this a lemon?

I don’t remember hearing any noticeable noise from the brake system when it was working properly. If you hear anything questionable, best to go to the dealer and try another one to see if it’s normal. If it is noticeably louder or makes a different noise, it should be fixed. It doesn’t...

So you’re ok with a brand new car making noises because of something clearly wrong with it while having to pay the same as cars that are completely fine? If I ever start a business making a product I’ll be sure to offer you my defects at full price.

I think the dealer looked at it 3 times. Every time they couldn’t replicate the issue. One time I brought it in while it was making the noise and the service manager verified it but then it never got fixed.

This and also a low frequency noise that seems to be limited to GT convertibles.

If I bought used and spent 25k less I would def have lived with the noise. The brake issue was a hard cannot deal with regardless. Thank you. I hope they do end up finding the issue and get it fixed for you at some point soon.

Well, they couldn’t find or replicate my issues with the subwoofer type noise or brake clicking issue. Ford bought back my car, might consider another one or get something else. Thanks for the help everyone has provided here!

That’s good to know. I wonder if this is an option for most tires. I would rather the extra protection for sure.

Did they measure the tread on the other side to see if it’d close? I assume it can cause some issues if it’s too far apart. The only thing I’ve heard related to tires is that the ones that come on new cars are usually of less quality even when compared to direct replacements. Not sure if...

I had a couple of bad paint spots I didn’t notice for a couple of months. I was able to get it fixed under warranty.

I think you can turn off wireless CarPlay on your Bluetooth phone settings to prevent it from connecting that way. You won’t be rushed to plug the cable in to use it that way.

You could tell them to go ahead with the replacement it’s not your problem if it doesn’t look/work right. Sounds like they don’t want to do it. If you’re not happy with it after, contact Ford and talk to someone about a buyback.
