Negative camber would actually cause the opposite of the wear you're claiming to have. We use negative camber to keep the tire flatter and increase contact patch during cornering when the car's suspension loading is to the outside. In relatively straight daily driving you would wear the insides...
Autocrossed the Dark Horse again this last weekend at night. We only got 3 runs due to the number of people signed up and the limit on time. Temps were nice and cool but that meant I couldn't get the Trofeos to stick. 1st run was like a slip and slide. This recording was my 2nd run which felt...
What are you Dark Horse or Performance Pack guys running for drag wheels to fit the rear 2 caliper Brembos? I'm not having any luck on the usual aftermarket vendor sites finding something I want that fits.
I'm pretty satisfied with how my car's steering feedback feels but I have found tire feel is increased with an aggressive alignment and decreased by stability control. With front toe out, maxed negative camber, and ASC completely turned off, I can feel the front pretty good during autocross.
There's 4 nuts each side under the hood that are easily accessible that are just as likely as the bolts on the spindle to contribute to that clunking sound. I'm not saying to give the shop a pass but you can check if they're loose pretty quickly.
Installing a mod yourself does not automatically negate your warranty. Part failures as a result of the the mod are not warrantied. The cam covers are not touched during a supercharger install so that seal should have been warrantied.
Anyways, I had a similar problem with the BCM and felt it...
She's purdy. It's a gamble to use any car wash that touches your car, no matter how soft the big giant soft sponges that flop on your car are. It's an automated process that isn't aware when it picks up something harder than your clear coat from the last car through (rock, sand, grains of some...
The Dark Horse spec'd with handling package just hits different than any other S650 I could customize. With all things, I buy what I want if I can afford to and I wanted a Dark Horse spec'd with handling package :)
Speaking for myself, I bought the 6 speed for an experience that is fading away into obscurity. I know it's slower in a straight line but it's far more fun for me to drive than just pressing my foot down.
Hmmm I didn't have to cut my underbody panels on my Dark Horse. It was a little extra irritating to get in place but still fits even with the 4 pt brace.
