Contacted the dealer. Seems they put thru a 2nd order with the same specs under my name. I'm to ignore the 2nd NSC order, and my original order is still good. Bit confusing, but im told there's nothing to worry about. I ordered mine at the start of the year.

My recent Vista (last week) showed 24.5MY, and when i reached out to my dealer he said my order is fine, no changes. My Vista showed my previous NSC.

I just received an email from Ford with my NSC order number. However, i got the same email over 5 months ago with a different NSC order number. So has my order changed? Did anyone else get a 2nd NSC email? What's the reason for a new NSC # ?

Contacted my dealer for an update on this. Any MY25 cars will not have a black back option, and will be cancelled, mine is a MY24.5 so ill be fine. Fingers crossed this doesn't change.

So your order got canceled cuz they couldn't fulfill the black pack option, was there no option to remove or change it? My Vista screenshot shows a VIN and my seg date of 28 Oct. So hopefully your right.

So have dealers been told they cant fulfill orders with the Black Pack option? Are dealers reaching out to let buyers know. I have that option on mine, and my ETA in now March 2025(was Nov2024). My recent contact with my dealer never mentioned an issue with the option.

Yeh im SEQ, GT ordered Jan 2024, i also got my NSC email early May. I got no comms from my dealer. I reached out recently, was told a Nov 11th pick up. hopefully that date holds.

Happy to say i got mine today, good to see things are happening, slow progress.

Is this a common thing, all new Mustang buyers get swag? Do you get this on collection of ya new car or before, and do you have to request it?
