Sport and I believe Track mode automatically shut off ASS. In custom mode it is a setting that can be set to permanently turn off ASS in that mode regardless of base config. But yes, using custom still means you need to press a button every time you get in the car.

No, the complete opposite. On every other car I've ever owned, it's had a light built into the hood so you can see what your doing at night, if needed. I have magnetic lights and such, I don't want something that needs to be maintained or will have dead batteries in it when I need it.

If you want to do it yourself you need Forscan, and know the setting to change for tire size. Unfortunately, I'm not 100% which line it is, so I can't help you there.
