Yeah I just tossed that in there since the article I posted had a funky render of a Mad Max styled Falcon. Basically a more realistic (and better) version of a Raptor/Mad Max/old rally inspired Falcon sedan using the most recent FGX Falcon and s650 design language.
I even did a render with...
Oh I agree the concept is terrible. I seen better concepts from AI. Lol but the content in there was spot on.
FG was cool, looked like the Fusionās athletic brother. You can kind of paste that front fascia over the Mustang and get something different enough while still looking angry.
Edit:
I...
Yeah that seems like the thought process for those for it. Not crazy, some things donāt really make sense but itās the same thing with the Mach E and its here.
The more I think about it, the more it just feels weird since there already was a performance sedan with legendary credentials. Well...
The answer is yes, people would complain. š
I get what you were saying. Looking back on the stuff people were talking about, they wouldnāt apply the same logic from the sedan to the suv, even though it would be analogous.
Would you buy a Chevy SS(or Chevelle)/Cadillac CTV NA with options of both manual and auto, over a Mach 4 if it had a V8 and just a 10 speed?
BTW I agree. ššš
Iām just asking cause I want to see how competitive this Mach 4 could be really to us if it had a V8.
The reason why Iām asking is would it raise any eyebrows with what Ford is doing? Like would you look at it and wonder why they would create a whole other car instead of continuing the Charger coupe and maybe adding something else? And yeah letās say itās retro but kinda retro future. Like this...
I almost got one too. When I had my son I had to get rid of my Mustang and I tried to find one of those or the Focus RS. Every dealer around me was overcharging. My 1SG got the one and I was jealous. š
Yeah I agree Iām just curious, letās say the regular CT5 V gets the V8 instead of the twin...
There was a mule I believe that was spotted in Mexico.
Yeah I agree. For them they just have so much crap going on. They shouldāve put it on a smaller platform. I saw that thing in person and couldnāt believe how big it was man.
Oh thatās a good point. Lol. Thatās probably a huge one I havenāt really thought about, especially since it also has to attract the normal consumer outside the enthusiast.
I have another question though, purely hypothetical of course I just want to see what you think.
If the Charger comes out...
I honestly donāt even know how they could figure it out without re-absorbing Ram.
We talk about all these different ways the Mustang could stick around, but imagine if Ford broke F150 off into its own brand. Dodge doesnāt even have a Ranger/Maverick competitor to help keep things afloat while...
Challenger almost became a weird status symbol with all the free marketing from artists and athletes. Thatās something I donāt really see with the Mustang anymore. Then again the type of toxic fanbase they got in return is something I wouldnāt want the Mustang to have š
They have more issues than that they also have to sort out too. Rumor has it theyāre getting V8s soon just to try and recover, but who knows how thatāll pan out.
Theyāre probably hemorrhaging money trying to redevelop that thing after a rough launch.
