It could be that the previous owner sold the upgrades seperatly and returned the car back to stock minus the 503hp plaque.

Okay, removing the screen to install those parts made me decide to skip those upgrades.

I don't think it's only that. We found out that the cable is there, but it's still unclear if the wire is working and if so, we still haven't figured out if programming is needed.
