That was a fun drive home. The only other time I have seen a S650 on the road is when it has been going the opposite direction, but coming home PTR and I were travelling together, and it was the first time I have seen what we look like from both behind...
It's more the digital speedo that I miss on these clusters, mind you, having an auto I don't have the gear indicator anyway - unless it's in manual mode. After this recall saga is sorted and Ford do their update, I'll have to see if one of you Brissie Forscan guys can toggle my gear indicator on...
I tend to just bounce between Normal and Sports modes, depending on what mood I'm in. If I'm just driving around town I find that Sports mode tends to hold the gear changes a bit too much - but I do love the Sports exhaust noise waaaay better.

After getting my car done last year, I fully agree with DFB - I was a little sceptical about the extra cost to prep the paintwork (thinking it was a brand new car, it should be perfect...), but after a reality check from DFB I went with it, and the result was stunning.
Unfortunately, I don't like your chances with compensation. This was raised on here last year when we were going through the constant delays with the 2024 - 2024.5 models and it was shut down pretty quick. From memory it was related to not having a signed agreement showing a specific delivery...
