Yeah, but if i get for 58k, a GT with performance pack and active exhaust, and all the premium goodies, i don’t see what makes Dark horse attractive. Which is why i was arguing that a whipple worth 10k on the DH, would have made it a much more attractive variant for what it’s worth here.
The dark horse is not a Shelby. Not even close in my opinion. A pair of sticky wider tires and 14 horsepower is not a noticeable difference, and therefore does not justify the price.
Am not sure how much it costs in US, in Dubai it’s 58k for the fully loaded GT, and 80k for the DH premium.
22k for 14hp and wider tires and recaro seats, sounds crazy to me.
I hope you got it for a better deal…
I guess seeing it in reality it might grow on people.
I remember looking at pictures when S650 was announced and not liking it… now it’s my favorite…
Unpopular opinion alert:
I love this Shelby! This should have been the Dark horse variant that went along GT, not necessarily with this much Horsepower. But the current Dark Horse being a +14 hp upgrade with a couple of badges is a RIP OFF and an unnecessary money making variant.
Can you please check mine, Am not in the United States, mine is a Middle East version (Dubai).
Am so curious what it would give you, cause so far whenever i check for updates it says, none is available.

When i asked my dealership service center, they told me: Don’t come before 10,000km or 6 month.
I told them about the 1500 km break in oil change, they said that’s old stuff and ford cars don’t need that anymore.
Since i have a loooong warranty and service contract. I don’t care :D i’ll follow...
ahh, yeah just noticed it posted by another member on an OTA thread.
nice to have but not exciting to look at.
I was hoping for a bit more, but freebies are always welcome !
Dunno what you’re smoking, but the 2015 and 2024 are two different monsters, having driven both, the improvement on all aspects is noticeable.
Enjoy your 13’ ride.
I dunno how you’re using it, but the adaptive cruise control + lane centering is literally amazing. I’ve been using it in city and highway, and it works flawlessly.
You need to learn how to properly use the technology to make use of it.
plus, it won’t work well if your roads are horribly painted.
The only one that seems to be fitting is the stock one.
but you’re right it’s opinions after all.
Yours probably looks better in reality in pictures.
