A few things that I noticed in the Woodward photos that may be helpful:
1) The white with black dots is applied to the actual body (and some glass), so you can play with filters and get a better shape. The hood for instance has a dome in the center and a ridge line a few inches inside of the...
I’m thinking it is the GT3 reveal. But, I wouldn’t rule out a S650 reveal (or hidden in the background as a teaser). Chip shortages may be pushing them towards more advanced orders on parts, which would be helped by an earlier reveal of the S650
Hydraulic systems are split front/rear in case of failures. At least then there is some braking. I’m guessing the electric system in the C8 has a similar setup, or it wouldn’t have received DOT approval.
Ford has been very quiet today (other than a few social media posts). Maybe they’re going waiting for an announcement before posting anything else 🤔
These all seem to be EU spec cars. I'm thinking they are Base EB, GT and GT PP/M1/BOSS versions. The lower grills on the last one definitely have some M1/GT500 styling on them compared to the others.
Looking at how deep the dash pad is, I'm thinking the top of the dash isn't installed. There could be hope for the double hump dash. Maybe even room for a HUD?
It appears that the upgraded GT (M1 or PP) version has a larger opening compared to the other GT. The first photo is very similar to the EB photos, so I'm guessing they would be similar to the GT and the M1 facia differences.
I’m surprised someone hasn’t designed a bunch of physical controls for volume, temperature, etc. for the Mach-E. They could be plugged in using the SDL interface.
Just throwing this out there, but the minimum screen size supported by Sync 4 is an 8” display. There would need to be a lot of changes to support anything smaller than that, so that is probably what the base spec mustang would get.
