Honestly a 1ss 1le vs a 2ss 1le is only missing the upgraded stereo, interior door lighting and a camera mirror. That's it. It still has leather , Recaros, same screen and dash etc. it actually has more features then a base mach1. It's volume and price is biased assessment. It's more loaded...
After seeing this. And the premium screens. And people paying msrp for DH (lol). I just can't. The new mustang is so close to the old there's no point stomaching this design. The mach1 at discount pricing is happening.
The markets cooling off quite a bit. MSRP prices will be a thing of the past certainly later this year for sports cars if not definitely early 24.
those locking in msrp on dark horse I think will regret it.
most tracks won't allow convertibles or if they do they have to have a hard top in place. Mainly for insurance/safety policies. Being the Dark donkey is a track focused car it just dosnt make since to me that they would
I'm referring to the current mach1 HP. Comparing the mag ride. That's why ford has to catch up on this one. We don't have to stop. That's why there's this huge forum built. Literally for discussion. I think your expecting more. We know quite a bit about the current Mach and quite a bit about...
Actually yeah I had one on order that came in. I've had two SS 1le though and have driven zl1s which is basically a faster 1le. It felt the same to me and just want a change. Zl1 is a great car though.
tremec makes Great transmissions. That's why dodge and Chevy use them. Ford just cheaper out. It's also why it's in the Mach because it can stand up to the abuse.
If you personally have gone through that many tremec transmission......it's not the transmission lol
Ford needs to improve magride quite a bit to be on par with chevys
the 1le had a configurable elsd (not just steering, traction control, stiffness of shocks)
even now the 1le in myopinion is a better performance car than a mach1 HP.
the problem is the interior is outdated. The aftermarket...
So my question with the Dark donkey. Will this be a limited car? I guess the Mach 1 technically is and we can certainly get them. Is that the same expectations with the donkey?
ya I can agree with that man. Just depends on your purpose is for the car and it's intended use. Surprisingly a guy running a modded 15 GT was running some of the lowest lap times at my last auto x event. It's a good platform to dial in. Guess maybe that's why I'm back here. Miss my mustangs...
