I look into the wiring diagram and my car.... it looks like 301A harness does not have the plate connector. The wire is there to the BCM except CLN52 (WH-GN) which need to be add. Add the wire and pin to the C2280D connector and tap wire to the other (below). The door plate is wire to: C2280D...

I also have a 2025 Mustang that has 301A. I am looking at the part description and it looks like 301A already using the PR3Z-14630-HA and PR3Z-14630-KA harness since we have the 9 speakers. Am I miss something or miss understand it? If I need the harness..... They are out of stock right now...
